Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g chicken breast sliced thin
  • 150 g chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables bell peppers, carrots, bean sprouts
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice the chicken breast and chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic and ginger.
  • Cook the noodles in boiling water for 4–5 minutes or according to the package instructions. Drain and toss with a little oil to prevent sticking.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken and stir-fry for 5–6 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  • Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Add the cooked noodles and soy sauce. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, stir well, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, drizzle sesame oil before serving and garnish with green onions or sesame seeds. Try adding chili flakes or Sriracha for a spicy kick.
