Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Can substitute with ground turkey or lean beef.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Dairy-free alternatives can be used.
  • 1 large egg Flaxseed meal mixed with water can be a substitute.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

For the topping

  • ½ cup pizza sauce Adjust sauce quantity according to preference.
  • 1 cup toppings of choice (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.) Customize based on personal taste.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all the ingredients together.
  • If you haven't pre-cooked your chicken, do that beforehand. Shred the chicken until fine.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir well until cohesive.

Baking the Crust

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the chicken mixture evenly to form a round crust of about 1/2 inch thickness.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Assembling the Pizza

  • Spread the pizza sauce over the baked crust.
  • Add your favorite toppings.
  • Return the pizza to the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.

Serving

  • Let the pizza cool for a couple of minutes, then slice into wedges and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze individual slices wrapped tightly.
