Preparation

  • Start by slicing the chicken breast, bell peppers, and onion into similar sizes for even cooking.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Once hot, add the sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the skillet, allowing the colors to come alive.
  • Sprinkle fajita seasoning and salt over the mixture, stir well to coat evenly.
  • Continue to stir and cook for another 5–7 minutes, or until vegetables are tender yet crunchy.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Serve hot in a skillet or on plates.

Notes
