Ingredients
  

Mashed Potatoes

  • 2 lbs potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 0.5 cup milk warm
  • 0.25 cup butter

Chicken & Toppings

  • 2 chicken breasts cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup gravy prepared
  • shredded cheese optional, for topping
  • green onions sliced, optional

Instructions
 

  • Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender. Drain and mash with milk and butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then cook until golden and fully cooked.
  • Warm the gravy in a small saucepan or microwave.
  • Assemble bowls by layering mashed potatoes, chicken, and gravy.
  • Top with shredded cheese and green onions if desired. Serve warm.

Add corn, peas, or crispy bacon bits for extra texture and flavor.
