Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook your rice according to package instructions if not already done.
  • Dice your cooked chicken and have it ready.

Mixing

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice and diced chicken, stirring for even distribution.
  • Pour the tzatziki sauce into the bowl and mix until everything is well coated.
  • Fold in the diced cucumber and chopped dill.
  • Season with salt and pepper according to taste.

Baking

  • Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish, pressing down lightly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months. Optional: Sprinkle extra dill or lemon zest before serving for added flavor.
