Equipment

  • Muffin tin
  • Skillet
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spatula

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage for topping
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes fresh
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions for garnish
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • cooking spray for muffin tin

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Mix well and cook for another 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat to cool slightly.
  • Press wonton wrappers gently into the muffin tin to form small cups. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Let cool slightly.
  • Fill each wonton cup with cooked chicken mixture, then top with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and chopped green onions.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite sauces such as sriracha mayo, teriyaki glaze, or lime crema.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add chili flakes or sriracha to the chicken filling. You can substitute ground chicken with turkey or tofu for a healthier or vegetarian version. Store leftover filling separately and reheat before serving.
