Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken breast into even cubes.
  • In a large bowl, combine lime juice, chili powder, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well blended.
  • Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, covering well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Soak the wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes before grilling.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Cooking

  • Thread the chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers, leaving space for even cooking.
  • Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Carefully remove the skewers from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh cilantro or lime slices and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
  • Enjoy while warm for the best flavor!
