  • In a microwave-safe bowl, break the dark chocolate into smaller pieces. Heat it in the microwave in short bursts of 20-30 seconds, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth. Alternatively, use a double boiler for this process.

Dipping and Setting

  • Hold a strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
  • Immediately roll the dipped strawberry in chopped almonds or any other desired toppings.
  • Place the finished strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
