  • 1 cup chocolate chips Use semi-sweet or dark chocolate for a rich flavor.
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers For that essential crunchy element.
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar To sweeten the mix without overpowering it.
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract Adds depth to the flavor.

For the Filling

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows These add a soft sweetness that balances the chocolate.

Preparation

  • Start by measuring out all your ingredients first.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips gradually in 30-second intervals.
  • In another bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers and powdered sugar.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, add the graham cracker mixture into the melted chocolate and stir until smooth.
  • Stir in the mini marshmallows and vanilla extract.
  • Place cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
  • Spoon the chocolate mixture into each cupcake liner, filling them about two-thirds full.
  • Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator and let the cups chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • Once chilled, carefully remove the chocolate marshmallow cups from the liners.
  • Your Chocolate Marshmallow Cups are now ready to be served!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Freezing is also possible; let them thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
