Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients to create a smooth cooking experience.
  • In a bowl, combine chia seeds with almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  • Add orange zest and orange juice into the mixture, mixing well for even flavor distribution.
  • Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes to let the chia seeds absorb the liquid.
  • Stir the mixture again to avoid clumping of chia seeds.
  • Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • After chilling, stir the pudding gently. If it is too thick, add a splash more almond milk.
  • Spoon the pudding into bowls or jars and enjoy.

Notes
