  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter Smooth peanut butter works best.
  • 1 cup Fluffy marshmallow crème Can substitute with vegan marshmallow crème for a vegan option.
  • 12 ounces Chocolate for dipping (semi-sweet or milk chocolate) Dark chocolate can be used as a healthier alternative.

Preparation

  • Gather all the necessary ingredients and tools including your crackers, peanut butter, marshmallow crème, and chocolate.
  • Spread a generous layer of creamy peanut butter on one cracker.
  • Add a spoonful of marshmallow crème on top of the peanut butter layer.
  • Top with another cracker to create your first stack.
  • Repeat the process until all ingredients are used.

Chocolate Dipping

  • Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals, stirring in between, or using a double boiler.
  • Dip each stack into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coating.
  • Place the dipped stacks on a parchment-lined tray with space between each.
  • Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes to harden.

Notes

These snacks can be customized with various toppings like nuts, sea salt, or caramel drizzle. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
