Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Wash and chop the strawberries.

Base Mixture

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until well incorporated.

Forming Clusters

  • Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, aiming for about 10 clusters.

Freezing

  • Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer for about 1-2 hours until clusters are frozen.

Chocolate Coating

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in increments, stirring until melted and smooth.
  • Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring even coating.
  • Return coated clusters to the baking sheet and sprinkle sea salt if desired.

Final Freezing

  • Place the clusters back in the freezer for a few minutes to let the chocolate harden.
