Ingredients
  

For the Peanut Butter Filling

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter You can substitute with almond or cashew butter for allergies.
  • ½ cup powdered sugar For sugar-free version, use alternative sweeteners.

For the Chocolate Coating

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips Use gluten-free chocolate chips if needed.
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and measure them accurately.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar, and blend until smooth.

Chocolate Layering

  • Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
  • Add cocoa powder and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate, mixing well.
  • Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • Pour a layer of melted chocolate into each liner, then add a scoop of the peanut butter mixture.
  • Cover the peanut butter with more melted chocolate.

Chill and Serve

  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  • Remove from liners and serve on a festive plate.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage. To thaw frozen cups, leave in the refrigerator for a few hours.
