  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips High-quality chocolate recommended.
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup crushed peppermint candies Can be substituted with nuts or dried fruit.

Preparation

  • Gather all the ingredients on the kitchen counter.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Assembly

  • Spread the pretzel sticks evenly across the lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Pour the melted milk chocolate over the pretzels and spread evenly.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips using the same method and drizzle over the milk chocolate layer.
  • Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candies over the top while the chocolate is still warm.

Setting

  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the bark set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for best texture. Can be frozen for longer shelf life. Avoid overheating chocolate and ensure bowls are dry when melting.
