Preparation

  • Begin by washing the strawberries under cool water. Once washed, dry them thoroughly with paper towels.

Melting Chocolate

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, add the dark chocolate and melt it in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

Dipping Strawberries

  • Grab each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted dark chocolate, ensuring an even coat.

Chilling

  • Place the tray in the refrigerator for about 15-30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

Drizzling White Chocolate

  • Melt the white chocolate in another microwave-safe bowl using the same method as before. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the chocolate-coated strawberries.

Adding Sprinkles

  • Sprinkle your favorite sprinkles over the white chocolate drizzle while it is still wet.

Final Chill

  • Place the tray back in the refrigerator for another 20-30 minutes.

Serving

  • Once set, remove the strawberries from the refrigerator and arrange them on a platter to serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Avoid adding sprinkles until just before serving to maintain their crunch.
