Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure your baguette is sliced evenly. Prepping ingredients ahead helps streamline the cooking process.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures that your crostini will bake evenly, making the cheese melt perfectly.
  • On a baking sheet, arrange your baguette slices in a single layer. This allows for even heat distribution and makes sure every piece gets crispy.
  • Place a slice of brie cheese on each baguette slice. Don't be shy with the cheese—it’s one of the stars of this dish!
  • Pop the baking sheet into your preheated oven. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is bubbly.
  • Once they’re out of the oven, carefully add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of each melted brie slice.
  • To finish, garnish each crostini with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
  • These crostini are best enjoyed warm. Serve them immediately to your guests.
