Ingredients
  

Classic Sugar Cookies

  • 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Red and green sprinkles or icing for decoration

Peppermint Bark

  • 12 oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate chopped or chips
  • 12 oz white chocolate chopped or chips
  • ½ cup crushed candy canes

Mini Cheesecakes

  • 2 packages 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 vanilla wafer cookies as crust base
  • cherry pie filling for topping

Chocolate Truffles

  • 8 oz dark chocolate chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • cocoa powder, sprinkles, or coconut for rolling

Instructions
 

  • 1. Sugar Cookies: Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Stir in flour until dough forms. Chill 30 minutes, roll out, cut into shapes, and bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 8–10 minutes. Decorate with icing or sprinkles.
  • 2. Peppermint Bark: Melt dark chocolate and spread on parchment. Chill slightly, then melt white chocolate and spread over dark layer. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top. Chill and break into pieces.
  • 3. Mini Cheesecakes: Line muffin tins with paper cups. Place a vanilla wafer in each. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon into cups and bake at 325 °F (160 °C) for 20 minutes. Cool, top with cherry filling.
  • 4. Chocolate Truffles: Heat cream and butter just to a simmer, pour over chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth. Chill until firm, then roll into balls and coat with cocoa powder or sprinkles.
  • 5. Assemble Your Dessert Table: Arrange all desserts on festive trays. Add seasonal touches like peppermint sticks, cranberries, or rosemary sprigs for a Christmas look.
