Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Measure out one cup of eggnog, one shot of espresso, and your spices.
  • In a saucepan, heat the eggnog over medium heat. Stir gently until it’s warm but not boiling.
  • While the eggnog is warming, brew your espresso.
  • Once the eggnog is heated, carefully pour it into a large mug. Then, add the freshly brewed espresso on top.
  • Sprinkle the nutmeg and cinnamon over the top of the latte, then whip the cream until it reaches soft peaks and spoon it over the latte.
  • If desired, add more nutmeg or cinnamon on top of the whipped cream for extra flavor and presentation.

Notes
