Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
  • Brush both sides of each tortilla evenly with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over both sides of the buttered tortillas, ensuring they are well-coated.
  • Cut the tortillas into triangles or festive shapes as desired.
  • Arrange the tortilla pieces in a single layer on the lined baking sheet.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. These crisps can also be frozen for up to a month. Reheat in the oven to regain crispiness.
