Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients to ensure a smooth baking process.
  • Measure out your flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, prepare your wet ingredients, including eggs, orange juice, oil, and zest.

Mix the Dry Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until evenly blended.

Combine Wet Ingredients

  • In another bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy. Add the fresh orange juice, vegetable oil, and orange zest, mixing well until combined.

Combine Mixtures

  • Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just mixed.

Bake the Cake

  • Grease your cake pan thoroughly. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and gently spread it out.
