  • 2 tablespoons peppermint syrup Adds that signature holiday mint flavor.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and equipment first. You will need a sturdy espresso machine or a coffee maker.
  • Brew 1 cup of espresso. If you prefer a stronger coffee flavor, feel free to double up on the espresso.
  • Heat your milk until it’s warm but not boiling. Froth it using a frother or whisk until you achieve a creamy texture.
  • In a large cup, combine the brewed espresso with 2 tablespoons of peppermint syrup. Stir well to blend smoothly.
  • Slowly pour the frothed milk over the espresso mixture and allow the layers to blend slightly.
  • Generously add whipped cream on top of your latte.
  • Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies over the whipped cream.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
