Main Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate Choose a quality brand for richer flavor.
  • 100 g milk chocolate Balances the intensity of dark chocolate.
  • 100 g unsalted butter Ensures a smooth and creamy texture.
  • 150 g mini marshmallows Adds delightful chewy bites.
  • 100 g chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts) Provides crunch and a healthy boost.
  • 100 g dried cranberries Gives a pop of color and tartness.
  • 50 g biscuits (crushed) Adds a wonderful crunch and binds the mixture.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by measuring all your ingredients accurately. Chopping the nuts and crushing the biscuits in advance will make the process smoother.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and butter. Stir occasionally until everything is just melted and smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Once melted, remove the saucepan from heat. Allow it to cool slightly for about 5-10 minutes.
  • In the cooled chocolate mixture, add the mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, dried cranberries, and crushed biscuits. Mix well until everything is evenly coated with chocolate.
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal. Pour the mixture into the lined dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  • Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. This will allow the dessert to set properly.
  • Once set, remove the dessert from the dish and cut it into squares or rectangles.
  • Arrange the pieces on a festive platter. Enjoy this Christmas Rocky Road Dessert with family and friends!
