  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving warm with chips, bread, or veggies.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream or use low-fat cream cheese. For a spicy twist, add red pepper flakes or chopped jalapeños. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
