Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients to ensure everything is within reach.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a muffin tin with decorative cupcake liners.

Baking

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cupcake mix, eggs, melted butter, and whole milk. Stir until smooth and free of lumps.
  • Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with the batter.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes. Check with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, they're done.
  • Cool the cupcakes in the tin for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Decoration

  • Once completely cool, pipe the green frosting onto each cupcake using a star tip.
  • Decorate with colorful sprinkles and chocolate candies.
