Toppings

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Preparation

  • Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
  • Dice cucumbers, slice olives, and chop walnuts.
  • Halve cherry tomatoes and dice red bell pepper.
  • Ensure mixed greens are cleaned and dried.

Assemble the Salad

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, and shredded carrots.
  • Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over salad base and toss gently.
  • Form a triangular outline of salad mixture on a serving platter to create the tree shape.
  • Scatter feta cheese, olives, and walnuts on top for decoration.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • If desired, chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
