  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Mix in the vanilla extract and salt until well combined.
  • Gradually add in the all-purpose flour, mixing gently until just combined.
  • Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
