Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup butter melted and cooled
  • optional add-ins nuts, chocolate chips, or nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until just mixed.
  • Fold in any optional add-ins like nuts or chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and level the top.
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Slice, serve, and enjoy. Optional: sprinkle extra cinnamon sugar on top.

Notes

Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze slices for up to 2 months.
