Ingredients
  

Base

  • 1 can cinnamon rolls store-bought

Custard Mixture

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Icing

  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp milk for icing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  • Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and place evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces, ensuring they are well-coated.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and set in the center.
  • Prepare icing by mixing powdered sugar with 1–2 tablespoons of milk until smooth.
  • Drizzle icing over baked cinnamon roll bites. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
