Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing (8 count)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract optional
  • cooking spray or melted butter for greasing waffle iron
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp butter softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract for glaze
  • fresh berries strawberries, blueberries (optional topping)
  • chopped pecans or walnuts optional topping
  • extra cinnamon sugar optional topping
  • maple syrup optional topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease with cooking spray or melted butter.
  • Place one cinnamon roll in each section of the waffle iron.
  • Close and cook for 3–4 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  • Prepare the glaze: mix softened cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Warm the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls in the microwave for 10–15 seconds.
  • Remove waffles from the iron and drizzle with cream cheese glaze or icing.
  • Top with fresh berries, nuts, cinnamon sugar, or maple syrup as desired.
  • Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

These waffles are best served hot. For a fun twist, try using flavored cinnamon rolls like caramel or pumpkin spice.
