Ingredients
  

Dough and Coating

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough, preferably Pillsbury Grands Southern Homestyle
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
  • Grease a 9-inch pie pan.
  • Melt the unsalted butter and stir in kosher salt.
  • In a bowl, mix ground cinnamon and granulated sugar.
  • Cut each biscuit into four equal portions.
  • Roll each portion into small balls.

Coating

  • Dip each dough ball into melted butter then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Place coated dough balls in the greased pie pan.

Baking

  • Bake for 20 to 23 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Prepare glaze by whisking powdered sugar, whole milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Once baked, drizzle half of the glaze over warm bites and reserve the rest for dipping.

Notes

These bites are customizable; add chocolate chips or nuts to the dough for variation. They can be stored for up to three days in the fridge or three months in the freezer.
