Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • ½ cup milk any kind
  • ½ cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • whipped cream optional, for topping
  • Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Brew one cup of coffee and allow it to cool completely.
  • In a blender, combine cooled coffee, milk, vanilla ice cream, vanilla syrup, and ground cinnamon.
  • Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and frothy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more vanilla syrup if desired, then blend again briefly.
  • Pour into tall glasses. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

For a vegan version, swap dairy milk and ice cream with plant-based alternatives. Try adding a dash of nutmeg or pumpkin spice for seasonal flavor twists.
