Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • chocolate sauce for drizzling (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread half of the crushed graham crackers evenly in the bottom of a rectangular dish to form the base.
  • Spread half of the cheese mixture over the graham cracker base, creating an even layer.
  • Sprinkle half of the mini chocolate chips over the cream layer.
  • Repeat layering with the remaining graham crackers, cheese mixture, and chocolate chips.
  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  • Before serving, drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.
  • Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

To add extra flavor, mix a pinch of cinnamon or orange zest into the cheese filling. You can also top with chopped pistachios or whipped cream for added texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
