  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Dice the cream cheese into chunks.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker and sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  • Add the cream of chicken soup directly over the chicken.
  • Top the soup layer with the diced cream cheese.
  • Pour the chicken broth over the mixture.
  • Drain and add the diced tomatoes with green chilies.
  • Gently stir all the ingredients together to ensure even coating.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken directly into the chili using two forks and mix back into the chili.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
