  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup almond milk You can use any milk of your choice.
  • ΒΌ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder Optional for a mocha twist.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and tools.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of brewed coffee and 1 cup of almond milk. Stir well.
  • Add 1/4 cup of chia seeds to the liquid mixture and stir thoroughly.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, and stir until combined.
  • Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Serving

  • Once the pudding has set, stir well to redistribute the chia seeds.
  • Portion the pudding into bowls or glasses, add toppings, and enjoy!

Notes

Store the pudding in the fridge for up to 5 days. It can also be frozen for 2-3 months.
