Ingredients
  

Fries and Seasoning

  • 1 bag Frozen fries Recommended: crinkle-cut or steak fries
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Adjust based on spice preference

Toppings

  • 1 cup Creamy cheese sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 4 slices Bacon Crisped and crumbled
  • 2 Green onions Sliced for garnish

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients to have everything ready.

Cooking the Fries

  • Follow the package instructions for the frozen fries, baking, frying, or air-frying until golden and crispy, usually 20–25 minutes.

Preparing the Cheese Sauce

  • While fries are cooking, heat the cheese sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Once warm, stir in the Cajun seasoning until fully integrated.

Crisping the Bacon

  • Cook the bacon in a separate pan over medium heat until crispy, about 6–8 minutes, then crumble it.

Assembling the Dish

  • Once fries are done, let them cool slightly, then place them on a serving platter.
  • Pour the Cajun cheese sauce generously over the fries.
  • Sprinkle crumbled bacon and garnish with sliced green onions.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can freeze cooked fries after cooling. Reheat in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes for best texture.
