For the crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the cheesecake filling

  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream Whipped to stiff peaks.

For the topping

  • 1 cup chocolate ganache
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and ensure the cream cheese is softened.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until it resembles wet sand.
  • Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined baking pan to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Assembly

  • Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
  • Drizzle the chocolate ganache over the cheesecake filling and swirl to create a marbled effect.
  • Evenly sprinkle mini marshmallows over the top.

Chill and Serve

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
