Pizza Crust

  • 1 crust Pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)

Toppings

  • 1 cup Creamy brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 cups Roasted chicken, shredded Great for using leftover chicken
  • ½ cup Tangy cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure your roasted chicken is shredded and brie cheese is sliced.
  • Preheat your oven according to the pizza crust instructions.
  • On a floured surface, roll out your pizza crust to your desired thickness.
  • Carefully transfer your rolled-out crust to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the crust.
  • Layer the shredded roasted chicken on top of the cranberry sauce.
  • Slice the brie cheese into thin wedges and arrange them over the chicken.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake your pizza in the preheated oven according to the crust instructions or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
  • Once done, remove the pizza from the oven and garnish it with fresh parsley before slicing.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For freezing, wrap tightly to prevent freezer burn.
