  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 count eggs, beaten

Preparation

  • Gather and measure all your ingredients. If using fresh corn, remove the kernels from the cob.
  • Ensure cream cheese is softened for smooth mixing.

Cooking

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, milk, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Stir in the corn and beaten eggs until thoroughly mixed.
  • Fold in shredded cheddar cheese without overmixing.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish, spreading evenly.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden and set in the center. A toothpick should come out clean.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
