Ingredients
  

  • 6 flour tortillas 8-inch
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened, divided
  • 2 tbsp everything seasoning divided
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter for frying

Instructions
 

  • Spread softened cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle one teaspoon of everything seasoning over the cream cheese on each tortilla.
  • Roll tortillas tightly into logs, then slice into 1-inch pieces (about 36 bites).
  • Heat butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat until melted and hot.
  • Place tortilla bites in the pan without overcrowding. Cook 1 minute per side until golden brown.
  • Flip and cook the other side until crisp and golden.
  • Remove from pan, place on a serving platter, and serve warm.
  • Optional: serve with dipping sauces such as ranch, salsa, guacamole, or spicy mayo.

Notes

Swap flour tortillas for gluten-free if needed. Use vegan cream cheese for a dairy-free option. Try different seasonings like garlic powder, onion powder, or sesame seeds for variety.
