  • 2 pounds beef tips
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Gather and prepare all ingredients: chop onions, slice mushrooms, and mince garlic.
  • In the crockpot, combine beef tips, mushrooms, onions, and garlic.
  • In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables in the crockpot. Stir gently to coat evenly.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until the beef is tender.
  • Once cooked, stir well, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
  • Serve warm with mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread for a comforting meal.

Notes

For extra flavor, sear the beef before adding it to the crockpot. You can also add a splash of red wine or fresh herbs like rosemary for depth. Leftovers store well for 3–4 days or can be frozen for up to 3 months.
