  • Gather all your ingredients and equipment. Line a 9×13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cooking the Base

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth (about 90 seconds total).
  • Add the creamy peanut butter to the melted chocolate and stir until fully combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly to a thickness of 1/4 inch.

Drizzling and Setting

  • Melt the semisweet chocolate chips in a separate bowl (microwave in 20-second intervals).
  • Drizzle the melted semisweet chocolate over the peanut butter-white chocolate base in zigzag patterns.
  • Use a toothpick or knife to swirl the two mixtures together without overmixing.

Finishing Touches

  • Sprinkle roasted peanuts and flaky sea salt, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Chill in the refrigerator until firm (about 40-60 minutes) or in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  • Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store leftover bark in an airtight container at room temperature for a week, in refrigeration for freshness, or freeze for up to three months. Allow refrigerated bark to return to room temperature before serving for improved texture.
