  • 1 can (15 ounces) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed

Spices

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  • Dice the onion and mince the garlic to prepare your ingredients.

Cooking the Base

  • In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3 to 4 minutes until softened.

Adding Garlic

  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Introducing Ground Turkey

  • Add the ground turkey to the pot. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the turkey is no longer pink.

Including Pumpkin and Tomatoes

  • Stir in the pumpkin puree and diced tomatoes.

Adding Beans and Broth

  • Add the drained white beans and chicken broth.

Seasoning the Chili

Simmering
