Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz spaghetti cooked al dente
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded, divided
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • red food coloring optional, for spooky effect
  • fresh parsley for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce until well coated.
  • Mix in half the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased oven-safe dish and shape into a brain-like mound.
  • Top with remaining mozzarella and add drops of red food coloring if desired.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with garlic bread and salad for a complete Halloween feast. For variation, add ground meat, veggies, or different cheeses. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3–4 days or freeze up to 2 months.
