  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs, preferably panko for extra crunch
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • Cooking spray For air fryer basket

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients.
  • Slice the dill pickles into halves or quarters based on your preference.

Breading

  • In one bowl, beat the egg until it’s well blended.
  • In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Take each pickle slice, dip it into the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.

Air Frying

  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Arrange the breaded pickle slices in a single layer in the air fryer.
  • Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Check the pickles during the last few minutes to ensure they are golden brown and crispy.

Serving

  • Once done, remove the pickles and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-5 days in the refrigerator. For best crispiness, reheat in the air fryer before serving.
