  • 1 tsp onion powder

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Gather all your ingredients and grab two shallow dishes.

Prepare the Crust

  • In one shallow dish, mix together the grated parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In the second dish, crack and beat the eggs.

Coat the Pork Chops

  • Dip each pork chop into the beaten eggs to coat.
  • Then transfer to the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to ensure coating sticks.
  • Repeat with all four pork chops.

Baking

  • Place the coated pork chops on a greased baking sheet, spacing them adequately.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the tops of the pork chops.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and crust is golden-brown.

Resting

  • After baking, let the pork chops rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
