  • 1 lb carrots peeled and cut into fry-shaped sticks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Optional

  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, toss carrot sticks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread carrots evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and lightly browned.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispiness, lightly coat the carrots with a tablespoon of cornstarch before adding the seasonings.
