Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, toss carrot sticks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread carrots evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and lightly browned.
Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, lightly coat the carrots with a tablespoon of cornstarch before adding the seasonings.
