Instructions
Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk with salt and pepper for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Set up breading station with flour in one dish, whisked eggs in another, and panko mixed with garlic powder and paprika in a third.
Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, then press into panko mixture until fully coated.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Toast bread slices lightly in skillet or toaster.
Assemble sandwiches by layering lettuce, fried chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese between slices of toasted bread.
Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
Notes
Customize with extra toppings like avocado or tomato. For a lighter option, bake chicken instead of frying. Best enjoyed fresh for maximum crunch.
