  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Can substitute with avocado oil.
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder Can substitute with fresh herbs.
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika Optional for extra flavor.
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes Optional for spice.
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan Optional for a cheesy version.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and pat it dry.
  • Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Seasoning

  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  • If using parmesan cheese, sprinkle it in at this stage.

Cooking

  • Spread the seasoned cauliflower out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for about 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Check that the cauliflower is fork-tender and golden brown.

Serving

  • Allow to cool for a minute before serving.
  • Serve hot, paired with your favorite dips.

Notes

Ensure the cauliflower is completely dry before adding oil and seasoning for best crispiness. Avoid overcrowding the pan to prevent steaming.
