Preparation

  • Begin by washing your medium-sized potatoes under cold water. Scrub them well to remove any dirt, as you'll be leaving the skin on for added texture and nutrients.
  • Once cleaned, stake your potatoes and slice them into wedges. Aim for uniformity in size, so they cook evenly.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until thoroughly mixed.
  • Place the potato wedges in the bowl and toss them in the spice mixture until they are fully coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Cooking
