Preparation

  • Clear your countertop and gather all your ingredients, measuring cups, and utensils.

Cooking

  • Place 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts evenly in the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle the 1 packet of taco seasoning over the chicken breasts.
  • Pour 1 cup of salsa over the chicken and taco seasoning.
  • Cover the crockpot with the lid and set to cook for 6 to 8 hours on low or 3 to 4 hours on high.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks right in the crockpot.
  • Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
  • Assemble tacos by filling warm tortillas with shredded chicken and your favorite toppings.
